We are constantly on the hunt for protein-dense snack options, but the current options are either full of artificial preservatives or highly processed oils. After a trip to New Zealand through Kellogg’s Levy Inspiration Grant, we realized we needed to create a delicious, protein-dense snack food using the highest quality animal products.
