We want you to love your Buffy gear. This policy covers Buffy apparel and merchandise ordered from buffyprotein.com and shipped within the United States.

Buffy dips are not sold on our website. If you have a question or concern about a dip you bought from a retailer, email us at contact@buffyprotein.com and we'll help.

Apparel and Merchandise

You can return Buffy apparel and merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@buffyprotein.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back using that label.

Please do not mail items back without requesting a return first; we cannot accept returns sent without a label from us.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect apparel. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

We will email you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen your refund, email contact@buffyprotein.com.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Sale or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered, or is missing its tags

We currently ship only within the United States.
