These SMS Terms apply to the Buffy Protein text message program (the "Program"), operated by Em & Audrey Enterprises Inc., doing business as Buffy Protein ("Buffy," "we," or "us"). They are part of our Terms of Service.
Joining the Program
You can join by entering your mobile number in a sign-up form on buffyprotein.com or at checkout and checking the box or tapping the button to opt in, or by texting a keyword we advertise to our number. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Buffy Protein at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What We Send
- Product launches, new flavors, and restock alerts
- Promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers
- Apparel and merch drops
- Order and shipping updates
- Cart reminders and replies to messages you send us
Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL, or opt out by any other reasonable means, such as emailing contact@buffyprotein.com. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further marketing texts. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Eligibility and Carriers
The Program is available to US mobile numbers on participating carriers. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number first.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Privacy
We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties.
Our text messaging provider and wireless carriers process your number only to deliver messages on our behalf. For more about how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Staying in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
